ALL REEDS COME FLAT, YOU MUST TUNE THEM TO PITCH YOURSELF, THIS IS STANDARD PRACTICE SINCE THE 1950'S WHEN WURLITZER BEGAN SELLING REPLACEMENT REEDS.
IF YOU WANT THE REEDS PRE TUNED TO STANDARD PITCH WE CHARGE 15.00 PER REED.
REEDS COME WITH NO REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE INSTRUMENT, PLAYING STYLES AND REGULATION WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY REEDS PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. . THERE IS AN OVERWHELMING DEMAND FOR REEDS WHICH NEEDS TO BE FILLED BUT UNTIL WE OR ANYONE COMES OUT WITH A REED THAT LASTS AS LONG AS AN ORIGINAL WE CANNOT OFFER ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE.
We will accept returns for reeds if you are unhappy with the sound all returns must be made withing 48 hours of recieving the reed. This is only on non pre tuned reeds, we cannot refund labor on reeds.
