All Reeds come flat, you must tune them to pitch yourself. This is standard practice since the 1950's when Wurlitzer began selling replacement reeds. You can have them pre-tuned for $15 extra.
Due to the nature of the instrument, reeds come with NO REPLACEMENT WARRANTY.
