The difference in thickness can be viewed here, you are going to want to match your felts as closely as possible.
Slim - .05"
Medium - .08"
Thick - .095"
Note: Not to be used with Mark II Rhodes that have the plastic keys, those pianos take a long strip of balance rail felt rather than the individual round felts.
