Wurlitzer Electric Piano Model 140B ::
This Wurlitzer 140B is in excellent original condidtion, comes with all original parts. Legs, Bench, Music Rack, Sustain Pedal.
The action is perfect has never been abused nor does it feel like it has been overplayed. Hammers are all good, action has been regulated, reponce is top notch, tone is pure, round, cutting with sharp attack and high harmonics. Vibrato is strong and commanding.
We have completely rebuilt the amplifier and added a cobalt blue water crystal high light L.E.D as a power light. This removes any stray AC signal from the audio path that can cause hum as well as adding 100 years to the light.
We have also added a line out for recording as well as all new shielded wiring on the harness from control box to amplifier..
This Piano has been tuned and voiced and is ready to record or gig with. This is just like the two we customized for Bruce Springsteen, without the Cherry Stain finish.
If you are looking for a solid Classic 140B this would be a choice piano for your needs.
Cosmetically it is very nice, some small blemishes but structurally sound without chips or rips in the wood.
