Rhodes Tone Bar Grommets, sold in invididual grommets.
Notice in the picture how the tone bar grommets are squished - well that is common on these pianos. What happens is the rubber crystalizes, hardens, and becomes so compact that it no longer functions the way it was intended to. You now have the screw touching the tone bar which is choking the vibration of the tone bar, which in turn affects the tone of the generator, which is the tine. When the grommet is hardened, it no longer allows vibrations to vibrate freely.
