New Vox Organ Bushings

The job of the key bushing is to smoothly allow the key to move up and down over the metal tab of the Pratt and reed key comb. When a key bushing becomes 20-30 years old it dries out, shrinks and becomes hard and crusty and most times will crumble and fall off when proded.

This allows the key to start making noise as well as move in a side to side movement, which feels sloppy. Most players have no clue of the difference new bushings will make as they have no reference to a new or old bushing.  They are very easy to remove and install and should only take about an hour to do the whole keyboard.
