Custom Jack plate designed to firmly secure your Clavinet's 1/4" output jack.

The wood surrounding the output jack in model C and D6 Clavinets tends to break down, leaving the jack loose or broken free of the case. Simply remove your jack, install the jack plate with the provided screws and re-install your jack into the plate.
