New plates and pins are offered by Vintage Vibe which are reproductions of the originals.

Damper pins and plates are utilized on early Fender Rhodes damper rails. There is one pin and plate per side, each with two screws. Often a ground point was utilized on a screw/ plate configuration. 

Sold in a kit that includes a 1x damper pin plate, 1x damper pin and 2x screws.
