Return Policy

All Claims for returns must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase date no exceptions. All returns are subject to 25 % restocking fee. After that date if there is any unusual circumstances please bring it to our attention and we can make a decision. All returns must be returned with delivery  tracking confirmation, otherwise we are not responsible for your claim refund

Vintage Vibe will not be held responsible for reimbursement to purchaser for any package that is damaged or lost due to negligence on behalf of shipper until claim is filed and Vintage Vibe is reimbursed by negligent shipping company. This can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months depending on carrier, claim and terms.

**ATTENTION** Not all claims are honored by carriers so there is always a small risk involved. Vintage Vibe offers no refund on any merchandise returned and damaged from poorly packed products. This would not be a shipping claim due to poor packing.

Vintage Vibe assumes no responsibility for any package after shipment leaves our facility on international orders unless package is sent by FED EX or UPS even if package is insured.  All claims to insured non-received or damaged merchandise must be made within 15 days; we do not keep records after 15 days and will not be responsible for tracking or recouping funds for any claim after 15 days. All claims by recipient will be reimbursed only after Vintage Vibe files the missing or damaged item with the applicable shipping company and the shipping company issues a refund for the negligence. By purchasing from us you accept, acknowledge and free us from any fault, liability, monetary settlement and claims paperwork associated with damaged or lost goods sent thru the Post Office.


Note: In regards to any and all videos. We do not accept returns or give refunds of any kind on videos for any reasons.  We will ship new copies if there is a problem with playability.

Note: In regards to New Tubes we do not accept returns on new tubes unless they are defective. Once they have been installed with a voltage applied they become used.

Warranty on Vintage Vibe Items

We generally warranty all of our new merchandise for 6 months from purchase date. There are some exceptions and this will be noted on paper at purchase. If nothing is noted warranty stands 6 month. Warranty covers parts and labor but not shipping either way. Used vintage gear we will warranty parts and labor for two weeks, if shipped back to us. We will not cover labor by any other repair facility. Vintage Vibe has the ultimate decision and will make judgment whether a claim under warranty is justified or if a misuse is the cause of damage.


Custom ordered products-Including pianos


All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
All Vintage Vibe pianos are considered custom work and are Non Refundable- If there is a problem we will exchange but not refund

If you ask us to build a piano for you and you secure your purchase with a deposit. If you do not pay the balance of the work in an agreed upon time, you will lose your deposit and the right for us to hold the piano for you. We put time and money out for you to build your custom piano, your deposit is a contract for us to stop and change our schedule for you and work on your project. When you fail to come through on your end, it leaves us with time and labor hanging without compensation.
