Choose the right shipping method:

    International Shipping is expensive, if you would like to use the cheaper post office, read our shipping terms below. We do not encourage it, but are open to helping out the customer.

Vintage Vibe is not responsible for any duties taxes or import charges associated with any exported package thru UPS-FED EX OR USPS. This is your responsibility to know your expected taxes. Every country is different in their taxation.  We declare the value for what it is insured for. If you want to request a different amount, you can talk to us about this.

Note: There are no claims or tracking info for any package sent POST OFFICE.
Choosing this method is at your own RISK.

Note: AM services from UPS are available only for commercial addresses.
Residences must go standard 2nd day or Next day air.

        We do not ship to post office boxes. You must have a street address.

Note: All UPS claims MUST be made within 15 days.
If there is a problem and you wait longer than 15 days, we will not be able to help you.


Vintage Vibe assumes no responsibility for any package after shipment leaves our facility on international orders unless package is sent by UPS even if package is insured and carrier is not at fault.

Vintage Vibe will not be held responsible for reimbursement to purchaser for any package that is damaged or lost due to negligence on behalf of shipper until claim is filed and Vintage Vibe is reimbursed by negligent shipping company. This can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months depending on carrier, claim and terms. Not all claims are honored by carriers so there is always a small risk of not recovering due claims.

All claims to insured non-received or damaged merchandise must be made within 15 days; we do not keep records after 15 days and will not be responsible for tracking or recouping funds for any claim after 15 days.

All claims by recipient will be reimbursed only after Vintage Vibe files the missing or damaged item with the applicable shipping company and the shipping company issues a refund for the negligence.

By purchasing from us you accept, acknowledge and free us from any fault, liability, monetary settlement and claims paperwork associated with damaged or lost goods sent thru the Post Office, Fed Ex, UPS or any carrier used by us.

Shipping times cannot be guaranteed and we will not be responsible for late shipments. We try and process and ship packages the same day or next day as order is placed, we do our best to expedite in accordance with your order, but ultimately there is always a chance that an order can be late, lost or damaged, this is a part of business and we will not be responsible for any fault. If there is a gross negligence on our part we will refund your shipping money.

Overnight orders must be placed by 12:00 pm latest for next day delivery. Unless you are paying extra for Saturday delivery, all overnight orders placed on Friday or after 1:00 pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. . Also on Overnight orders please call us to confirm we can actually make your deadline if it is that important to you, even still it is not guaranteed to make it on time.

Express Shipping: we always try to do our best to have items ship on time, due to items that may be out of stock, weather or any other unforeseen circumstance nothing can be guaranteed on time. Once again call us first if it is critical. We are not responsible for carrier's delays.


POST OFFICE TERMS: If you must use the post office and you understand that if a package gets lost or damaged we will not be able to help you at all, then email us a list of items you want to orders@vintagevibe.com  we will email you back a postal price and you can pay us with credit card or thru Pay Pal.



Return Policy


All Claims for returns must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase date no exceptions. All returns are subject to 25 % restocking fee. After that date if there is any unusual circumstances please bring it to our attention and we can make a decision. Any return damaged in shipping due to poor packing, will not be eligible for any refund monies. All returns must be returned with delivery tracking confirmation; otherwise we are not responsible for your claim refund.


Shipping Internationally:

We can ship to most European countries by UPS or you can arrange pick up thru your company.

1. International Express door to door: Wurlitzer E.P $475.00, Rhodes Stage $550.00, Rhodes Suitcase $1100.00
2. International Economy door to door: Wurlitzer E.P $375.00, Rhodes Stage $450.00, Rhodes Suitcase $900.00
3. International airport pick up Wurlitzer E.P $255.00, Rhodes Stage $275.00, Rhodes Suitcase   $650.00

These are general prices based on past shipments.
Due to the volatile market and fuel costs, prices could be more or less.


PACKING AND CRATING CHARGES:

Crating is $150.00 for Wurlitzer or Stage Rhodes, Suitcase Rhodes is $300.00

Packing in box is cost of materials only.
