Terms and Conditions

We are not responsible for any reimbursement due to damage or loss incurred during shipping by any carrier. We will only refund purchase price after said carrier has reimbursed Vintage Vibe for negligence on their part - including damage or loss. This may take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months depending on the carrier, claim and terms. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms.


Repairs: We service and repair vintage keyboards on a professional level. We are fair, honest and to the point. We will repair your piano with all we know how; we will finish the job in a speedy manor because we know it is important to you to have your gig up and running. We do not invent or sell extras to boost sales. We repair what needs to be repaired; we will discuss options with the client and leave it up to them for any further refurbishment. We have built our reputation on craftsmanship and fairness; we intend to keep it that way.

Once repairs are finished: Since we operate on a professional level for you, we expect the same from you. If you plan on having us do work for you, please have the money to pay for it when it is ready. We do not like to store keyboards for customers as space is limited and money has been put out for the initial repairs thru parts and labor.  We will store your piano for 2 weeks maximum after work is thru. After 2 weeks there will be a charge of 20.00 dollars per day storage fee.<** /p>

o Vintage Vibe only accepts bank wire transfers from international customers.

Estimates for work: Any inspection performed will be charged at a minimum of 1 hour =95.00. If you go ahead with the repair, we will wave the fee.

Payment for pianos being sold international must be paid with Bank Wire Transfer.
