Imagine turning your Rhodes Stage MK1 piano into a sonically hot recording machine. That's the promise of the StereoVibe! We guarantee your satisfaction!!
About the StereoVibe-
In our newest revision of this innovative preamp, Vintage Vibe, brings Retro Rhodes replacement preamps into the modern age by eliminating the need for continuous AC. We designed our StereoVibe around the ever-popular lithium battery power; lithium power is the way of the future, and as a company, we need to be a part of that wave. Welcome to the future!
Improved Design-
Along with a re-imagined power supply, we improved our Stereo Tremolo by designing the rise and fall time of the waveform to closely mimic the 1970s incandescent light bulb found in the desirable Peterson model.
We didn't stop there. We added an extra bump in the mid-EQ curve that helps delicately and naturally accentuate without piercing the mid frequencies.
Attributes-
The genius of this new preamp is that it is self-contained, with no modifications needed. It comes with an onboard Stereo headphone jack, an effects loop, an LED battery meter, and a push-button stereo tremolo with indicator light. USB-C power, click on and off volume knob.

The preamp comes complete on its own Rhodes MK1 replica name rail, ready to drop in and play as soon as you get it.
No modifications, no cheek block power supply, no wires dangling from your piano, Just drop in and play.

Note: Due to shipping laws, Litium batteries must ship uncharged. You will have to charge the battery before using it.
Instructions
Vintage Vibe StereoVibe Installation Instructions:
-Remove RCA cable from harp jack.
-Remove 4 screws securing original name rail and then remove.
-Install new Vintage Vibe Stereo Vibe name rail using your original screws. Plug the RCA cable into the harp RCA jack.
*You may need to shim the rail with the supplied shims to meet the lid angle. Simply place a shim on each cheek block over the main mounting screw hole.

This preamp makes my old Stage 73 sound like I always wished it could sound! Super easy to install.
This is an amazing preamp for the Rhodes. I have had a couple other preamps before including the also very good Avion preamp right before this one. This VV StereoVibe improves over that preamp in multiple ways. First, it has internal battery power that charges over USB-C and lasts 24 hours. This is worth the price of entry alone. Second, it has an effects loop and this adds so much to the flexibility of creating your own Rhodes sound. Third, the stereo outputs are two separate left and right outputs instead of a single TRS cable output. Fourth, all the controls are independent knobs instead of stacked concentric knobs. This is more usher friendly and on the concentric knobs the top part of the knob would always come off. This never happens here. Lastly, the tremolo on both are amazing, but this one seems to have more range at both ends of the spectrum. And, it takes less than 5 minutes to install it! I love everything about this preamp system and would highly recommend the upgrade to anyone looking to improve their Rhodes and add the ultimate flexibility in a player friendly package.
Easy to fit, it sounds superb, and the boost in level keeps engineers happy ! The rechargeable battery is a great option. This is such a tidy, well thought out addition to a Stage 73. Highly recommended. (Oh, and the EQ is set perfectly).
