First the good parts: the felt is high quality and will do a great job long-term, and the kit includes all the felts you'll need to completely re-do all the dampers on a 120.

Unfortunately, the felt pads are rather small (at least for my piano). Some (but not all) of my damper levers had 3/8" wood shims/blocks that extended from the tip of the lever down toward the reeds. Turns out that for these damper pads to fit correctly AND maintain proper action (both on the keyboard and with the sustain pedal) wooden shims are required on all damper levers.

After my Wurlitzer 120’s Damper Felts quite little rotted away/crumbled into dust, I picked up some replacements from Vintage Vibe. They worked great! My Wurli sounds fantastic. Although I didn’t know how toxic E6000 glue was so be more careful than me if you pick these up.

The notes on my 120 now dampen perfectly!
